What can I help you with - and how?

I offer hypnotherapy for a wide range of issues, including stress, anxiety, addictions, and compulsive behaviours. I also work with clients looking to achieve self-improvement goals, navigate relationship challenges, and manage low mood.

Depending on the issues at hand, hypnotherapy can be a brief, goal-oriented form of therapy, or it can involve a longer, more in-depth process that uncovers underlying causes and supports those facing more persistent difficulties.

In some cases, I integrate relaxation techniques and mindfulness approaches to enhance psychological flexibility and create distance from painful thoughts. Additionally, I use techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support clients in their journey towards well-being.
